The next time you buy Avocado for consumption, set aside one or two fruits to ripen really well. Out of the batch that you made, scoop out a big spoonful to another bowl and keep the rest in the refrigerator. Add some sugar granules to your spoonful, mix a little bit and scrub it to your hands. Leave for about 1 to 2 minutes and rinse. Repeat 2-3 times a day for 3 days and you'd be surprised how awesome your hands would be after 3 days.
